At A Couple of Cleaners, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality cleaning services. We are confident in our ability to deliver excellent service, and we stand behind our work. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will do everything we can to make it right. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will provide a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
Please note that refunds are not applicable if you make any changes to the cleaning after our team has arrived. Also, if you cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the cleaning cost.
