Get a quote and make a booking
Head over to the booking section to begin. You will receive a FREE instant quote. Select the options that apply to your home. Once you’ve settled on the date and time, you will be asked to submit your credit card information. There will be no charges made until payment is due.
Things to do prior to our team’s arrival
Please make sure we have access to the building/home at the time scheduled. $40 fee applies to lock-outs.
Please put away items that are not to be handled by any of our team members. You may also leave notes or contact us to give specific directions and preferences.
How long it usually takes and the scope
It typically takes about 1.5 hours per 1, 000 sq. ft. for the standard cleaning; and about twice for first time and deep cleaning.
We dust, vacuum/sweep, mop floors, wipe surfaces including mirrors — but not windows, mini-blinds, wash dirty dishes, or areas that are unsafe or hard to reach. We do not clean pet messes, restore materials, or remove stains.

Once we are done, we let ourselves out and send the invoice your way via e-mail or text.
How billing and payments work
** We will charge your card on file after the service has been rendered **
If it applies, invoices are issued via a link sent by text or e-mail after the services are rendered. The invoice could be paid with any major credit card, Venmo, PayPal, or cash.
Payments are due upon receipt.
There is a $5/day late fee for payments past due.
We need at least a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a reservation free of charge, or there is a $40 fee.
