Booking and cancellation
- All bookings must be made through our official channels, including our website or authorized third-party platforms.
- Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $20 fee.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in a $20 fee.
Invoicing and payment
- Invoices will be issued after the cleaning services are rendered.
- Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
- Late payments will incur a $20 late fee.
- Payments can be made through the methods specified on the invoice.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for completed services.
- If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.
Access and security
- Clients are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the premises at the scheduled service time.
- Please secure any valuable items or sensitive information before our team arrives.
Damage or loss
- While we take utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for any damage or loss to property that is not a direct result of our negligence.
Safety
- For the safety of our team, clients are requested to keep pets restrained or in a separate area during cleaning services.
Changes to services
- We reserve the right to make changes to our services, including pricing and service offerings, without prior notice.
Termination of service
- We reserve the right to terminate services at any time due to unsafe working conditions, violation of terms, or any other reasonable cause.

- Client information is kept confidential and is used solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services.

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of San Mateo County, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
